Order Processing

Ready-made products are normally prepared and dispatched after order confirmation and payment verification.

Customized, made-to-order, engraved, resized, or specially requested jewelry may require additional production time. The estimated production or delivery time will be communicated to the customer where possible.

An estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery Within Pakistan

Khatim Jewels offers delivery within Pakistan through available courier or delivery partners.

Delivery times may vary according to the customer’s city or area. Remote locations may require additional delivery time or may be subject to courier service availability.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, active phone number, and other required delivery information.

International Delivery

Delivery Inspection

If permitted by the courier, customers should report visible package damage before accepting delivery.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, repeated failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the order, or failure to respond to the courier, additional delivery or return charges may apply.

Khatim Jewels may cancel an order or request additional payment before arranging another delivery attempt.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after dispatch.

Courier tracking information may take time to update. Khatim Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier systems after the parcel has been handed over for delivery.
