After design approval and 30% advance, our team handcrafts your piece. Most custom orders are ready in 7–10 working days; complex designs may require longer.

Before we begin

Can I send only a photo or rough sketch?+

Yes. A reference photo, sketch or even a simple description is enough to start the conversation. Send files through WhatsApp so our team can review them clearly.

Can I choose the metal and stones?+

Yes. Depending on the design, you can choose 18K or 21K gold, 925 silver, metal colour and natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, zircon or gemstone options.

When is my custom order confirmed?+

We first discuss the design and provide a quotation. Your order is confirmed after approval and payment of 30% advance.

How long does custom jewellery take?+

Most custom orders are prepared in 7–10 working days after confirmation. Highly detailed or complex designs may take longer, and the expected timeline will be shared before confirmation.
